AI Suggest Budget Now Available for Next Year Revenue Budgets

We're excited to announce a new enhancement to your budgeting workflow, AI Suggest Budget is now available on the Next Year Revenue Budget form.

What's New

Building on the success of AI Suggest Budget for Expense Budgets, this capability now extends to Revenue Budgets. With a single click, the system uses AI-powered forecasting to generate predicted budget values for your next-year revenue accounts, helping you build more accurate budgets faster. 

How It Works

• Open your Next Year Revenue Budget form and click the "AI Suggest Budget" button.
• The system will analyze your revenue accounts and populate eligible rows with AI-generated budget predictions.
• Each AI-suggested value includes a confidence indicator so you can quickly see how reliable each prediction is.
• Review, adjust, and save, you remain in full control of the final numbers.

Key Highlights

• Your manual entries are always protected. Any rows you've entered or edited manually will never be overwritten by AI, even if you haven't saved them yet. The system intelligently distinguishes between your manual inputs and AI-generated values.
• Re-run anytime. If your data changes or you want refreshed predictions, simply click AI Suggest Budget again. Only previously AI-generated rows will be updated; your manual entries remain untouched.
• Predictions persist across sessions. AI-suggested values are saved automatically, so they'll still be there when you return to the form later.
• Confidence labels. Each prediction comes with a confidence tier label, giving you transparency into the strength of each forecast so you can prioritize where to apply your own judgment.
• Easy reset to manual entry. If the AI predictions aren't accurate for certain accounts, you can always reset any row back to manual entry. This clears the AI-suggested value and lets you input your own number giving you full flexibility to override the AI whenever needed.

Getting Started

No setup is required, the feature is already live in your environment. Simply navigate to your Next Year Revenue Budget form and look for the AI Suggest Budget button.
