Can I Add a One-Time Approver to a Single Check Request?

What Is the Question?

You want to add an approver to a single check request. You do not want to change your standard workflow for all future requests. You just need one person to approve this one form.

This is not currently supported in Aclarian.

What Is Currently Supported?

Approvers cannot be added at the individual form level outside of the configured workflow. The approval process follows the workflow that is already set up for your organization.

If you need an additional approver involved in the process, that change must be made through your existing workflow configuration.

What Does That Mean?

Your workflow is the set of approvers that every check request follows. To add someone new, that person would need to be added to the workflow itself. This would apply to all future check requests, not just one.
