This guide walks you through each step. The most common use case is updating the report from FY2025 to FY2026. --- ### Step 1: Go to the Source Data Tab - Open the Excel report - Navigate to the Source Data worksheet - Right-click anywhere in the data table ![](https://support.aclarian.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-03-2026-03-19-13-8800-PM.png?width=540&height=365&name=image-png-Sep-03-2026-03-19-13-8800-PM.png) - Click Refresh All to refresh the available data **Important:** Before refreshing the data, confirm that the API link in Power Query contains the correct fiscal year. It will look similar to this: `https://api.aclarian.com/v1/budgeting/reports/BudgetActualReportOData?fiscalYear=2025&api-key=[API-KEY]` - Find the following parameter in the link: `fiscalYear=2025` - Change 2025 to the fiscal year you want to retrieve. For example, to pull data for fiscal year 2026, update it to: `fiscalYear=2026` **Important:** Only change the year number after `fiscalYear=`.
